Do you have questions about our free hosting? Or do you need help using your free hosting account?

If you need more help, we have an active Support Forum where you can ask your questions and get answers from other web masters and InfinityFree staff.

Free hosting does not include one-on-one customer support, and so we cannot accept support requests through email, ticket, phone or chat. If you need one-on-one support with your hosting, please consider switching to premium hosting instead.

If you have questions about the premium hosting offers on our website, or need help with the premium hosting you purchased, please contact iFastNet. iFastNet is the company that provides the premium hosting you see on our website.

InfinityFree, as the name suggests, only provides free hosting. So we cannot help you with questions about premium hosting.

Report Abuse

Please clearly state the URL of the specific web page you would like to report in the email message body, as well as why you believe the website or page is abusive.

Please do not email address for anything other than abuse reports, any other messages are not accepted.

Account Suspensions

If your account is suspended and you're not sure what to do, please check the status of your account in your Client Area. From there, you can see why your account was suspended, and see what you can do to get it back.

Please do not send us any emails about account suspensions, or submit requests on the forum, because we will not be able to help you.
